We will perform all the examinations in our Eye center, starting with refraction with and without cycloplegia, fundoskopy in mydriasis, slit lamp examination, pachymetry of the cornea, tomography of the cornea, epithel map of the cornea, pupil size examination, tomography of the macula and optic nerve, length of the eye as well as the latest tool in the market ‘ the german Corvis St maschine which can study how stief the cornea of the eye is, in order to minimize the risks of the Laser.
If you wear soft contact lences you should keep them out of your eyes for 1-2 weeks.
After the control in our Eye center we will deside which method is better in your case.
We follow the instructions of the German Refractive Society. We might have to say NO and not perform a refractive Laser in your case, for your own safety.
But if possible we will try to find onether safe solution to make your dream come true.
